Q: How can I uninstall this theme?

A:

This is one of the most asked, and most misunderstood questions in the Galaxy marketplace. But never fear, we’re here to help.
Should you want to delete this theme simply:

  1. Set your phone to any other theme. The default works well.
  2. Click on the theme you want to remove.
  3. At the bottom, click ‘Delete.’
Q: Why don't my icons look like they're supposed to?

A:

Do you have Android 10 (Q)? If so, it added a “Dark Mode” that sometimes overrides some theme settings.

You can try disabling Dark Mode and see if it resolves. You may need to “reapply” the theme to get all the kinks out.

If you have disabled Dark Mode, and have reapplied the theme and are still struggling, we invite you to submit a ticket here.

Q: Why isn't my app customized?

A:

Samsung themes ONLY work with the default (and usually Samsung branded) apps. This includes the following apps:

  • Messages
  • Keyboard
  • Calculator
  • Reminders

If you aren’t certain whether your app is a default app or not, you can check the publisher by going to the listing in the Galaxy Store for your app.

Q: Why don't my messages and phone look like they're supposed to?

A:

We are aware of a bug in Android 10 that causes the messages or dialer customizations to not be applied. This can usually be resolved by closing the app and reopening it. Occasionally, a full reboot of the phone is necessary. If you have tried this and are still having troubles, please submit a ticket here.

Q: The animated lock screen quit working. What gives?

A:

In most cases, this can be resolved by simply reapplying the theme. Go into Themes, locate the theme in your themes list (you may have to scroll up, or pull down to see ‘My Themes.’ Select the theme, and at the bottom you should see ‘Apply’ or ‘Reapply.’

Q: Why can't I download a theme?

A:

The Samsung Theme Store is in charge of all downloads and billing issues. Q: I don't like this theme, I want my money back.

A:

We are sorry that you didn’t like our theme, however, since Samsung manages all payment processing and downloads, you will need to contact them directly for a refund.You can reach out to them for support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at: 1 (866) 647-9190.

And Remember: All non-free themes come with a limited time (but not functionality) trial option so you can try a theme on for size before you purchase it.
